Policies and information
Our 2020 room prices for a king/double/twin range from £70-£80 and single £40-£55 per night, according to the month of stay. We offer a discount of £5 per room per night for stays of three to seven nights. A deposit equal to the first night’s stay is required in order to secure a booking. If the booking is cancelled less than 7 days before arrival then a charge equal to the first night of the stay will be made. Cancellations made prior to 7 days before arrival will be refunded minus any credit card fee incurred.
Our web booking management system is called Freetobook and the card payment system is called Stripe.
Children are welcome, however we have no in house equipment for the under three year olds. We don’t offer discounts for children.
Although our bedrooms do not have TV installed, the Guest Lounge has a large TV with DVD facilities.
Free fibre Wi-Fi available.
We have a dog so unfortunately cannot accept pets.
We are a no smoking establishment, you may smoke outside at the parking area.
There are visitor parking spaces on our land well away from the road.
Safe storage for bicycles and other sporting equipment can be provided in our large garage.
Breakfast is included in the room price and provided in the Guest Lounge or the Dining Room.
We can provide a packed lunch for hikers if requested the day before.
We kindly request hot food is not eaten in the bedrooms. If you want to bring in microwave meals we are happy to cook them and use the dining table in the Guest Lounge.

Lochaber has so much to offer, no wonder it is called the outdoor capitol of the UK.
Ben Nevis a more challenging way
Lochaber is blessed with great mountains to conquer, explore, photograph or just admire.
The Glenfinnan area provides an excellent half day out. The railway viaduct, the Jacobite rising memorial and Loch Shiel.
Just a short walk is Banavie, the Caledonian canal and the famous Neptune's staircase locks
Island days out
Why not have a day out by boat from Mallaig or Arisaig.
The classic steam train from Fort William to Mallaig runs right by our house.
