Policies and information
Our 2019 room prices for a king/double/twin range from £70-£80 and single £45-£50 per night, according to the month of stay. We offer a discount of £5 per room per night for stays of three to seven nights, during the period May through October 2019. A deposit equal to the first night stay is required in order to secure a booking. If the booking is cancelled less than 7 days before arrival then a charge equal to the first nights of the stay will be made. Our web booking management system is called Freetobook and the card payment system is called Stripe.
Children are welcome, however we have in house equipment for the under three year olds. We don’t offer discounts for children.
Our bedrooms do not have TV installed. The Guest Lounge has TV and DVD facilities.
Free Wi-Fi available.
We have a dog so unfortunately cannot accept pets.
We are a no smoking establishment, you may smoke outside at the parking area.
There are visitor parking spaces on our land well away from the road.
Safe storage for bicycles and other sporting equipment can be provided in our large garage.
Breakfast is included in the room price and provided in the Guest Lounge.
We can provide a packed lunch for hikers if requested the day before.
We kindly request hot food is not eaten in the bedrooms. If you want to bring in microwave meals we are happy to cook them and set up the Guest Lounge dining table for this.

Lochaber has so much to offer, no wonder it is called the outdoor capitol of the UK.
Ben Nevis a more challenging way
Lochaber is blessed with great mountains to conquered, explored, photographed just admired.
The Glenfinnan area provides an excellent half day out. The railway viaduct, Jacobite rising memorial and Loch Shiel.
Just a short walk is Banavie, the Caledonian canal and the famous Neptune's staircase locks
Island days out
Why not have a day out by boat from Mallaig or Arisaig.
The classic steam train from Fort William to Mallaig and back runs by our house.
