Policies and information
Our room prices for a king/double range from £70-£80, the twin from £75-£85 and the singles £40-£55 per night, according to the month of stay. A deposit equal to the first night’s stay is required in order to secure a booking. If the booking is cancelled 7 days or less than before arrival then a charge equal to the first night of the stay will be made. Cancellations made prior to 7 days before arrival will be refunded minus any credit card fee incurred.
Check in is between 4-8 pm, later can be by arrangement. Check out 8-10:30am
Breakfast is included in the room price and provided in the Guest Lounge or the Dining Room.
We can no longer consider one night stays.
Our web booking management system is called Freetobook and the card payment system is called Stripe.
Children are welcome, however we have no in house equipment for the under three year olds. We don’t offer discounts for children.
Although our bedrooms do not have TV installed, the Guest Lounge has a large flatscreen TV with DVD facilities.
Free high speed fibre Wi-Fi available.
We have a dog and can only accept a visiting dog by specific negotation. Dogs can only be accommodated in either the king or large single rooms on the ground floor.
We are a no smoking establishment, you may smoke outside at the parking area.
There are visitor parking spaces on our land well away from the road.
Safe storage for bicycles and other sporting equipment can be provided in our large garage or under the carport.
We can provide a packed lunch for hikers if requested the day before.
We kindly ask that hot food is not eaten in the bedrooms. If you want to bring in food you are welcome to use the Guest Lounge dining facilities. There is now a full size fridge with freezer compartment and a microwave for your convenience. If eating in we ask that all used items and waste packaging are placed in the washing up bowl by 21:00 so that we can process it.
We ask that those who wear makeup please don’t use our towels to remove it, they are ruined by this action. Instead we have provided specific makeup removal clothes for your convenience.

Lochaber has so much to offer, no wonder it is called the outdoor capitol of the UK.
Ben Nevis a more challenging way
Lochaber is blessed with great mountains to conquer, explore, photograph or just admire.
The Glenfinnan area provides an excellent half day out. The railway viaduct, the Jacobite rising memorial and Loch Shiel.
Just a short walk is Banavie, the Caledonian canal and the famous Neptune's staircase locks
Island days out
Why not have a day out by boat from Mallaig or Arisaig.
The classic steam train from Fort William to Mallaig runs right by our house.
